- All orders are to be made via the order form.
- We will reply your email with the payment details (bank account details).
- After receiving the email reply, please proceed to make payment and reply the email with the relevant details within 48 hours. If you need more time, do let us know. Any payment not made within 48 hours, orders will be cancelled.
- We will send out a confirmation email after receiving your payment. After receiving the email confirmation, please check your orders on the status page to ensure that it is correct.

- Collection methods will be via either meet-up (mostly in east/town area) or postage (Registered/Normal/EMS (overseas shipping – Shipping fees will be bear by purchaser)).
- We highly recommend postage for all orders. However we recommend registered postage so that you will be able to track your items. We will not be held accountable for any lost mails. Meet-ups will be held twice a month.
- After receiving the mass emails for collection of items, please reply with the collection method you’re opting for.
- Refunds will only be made if item(s) are out of stock.
- There will be strictly NO refunds/exchanges of orders once it has been placed.
- There will not be any refunds or exchange should there be any defects or mishandling during shipping.
